Fall Favorites
Fall is almost halfway over, so I thought I’d share some favorites for my favorite season! Fall is filled with new beginnings, more time outside watching the pretty colored trees, and spending time with loved ones! I love getting out and trying new things like new workout classes, new walking trails, and new habits. Here are some fun beauty, food, and clothing items that help inspire me for the season!
beauty
Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Face Mask
This face mask not only smells amazing, but it is also so hydrating and a little goes a long way! It’s the perfect mask to wear overnight for the perfect, hydrating glow the next day.
Nail Machine for Gel Nails
You can get this “Gelish LED light” for gel nails on amazon or Sally’s! Make sure to get the base coats, top coats etc. in “Gelish” as well. I love these because they last forever, therefore, saving so much money in the end. I love the popular “pearl” nails I have been trying out. The next nails I will be doing for fall will be this burnt orange chrome! *Go Vols*
Food
- quinoa
- belle peppers
- frozen or raw chicken breasts
- steamed broccoli
- olive oil/ coconut oil/ avocado oil
- spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
- coconut amino acids (or low sodium soy sauce)
- preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F
- fix your quinoa
- make your sauce: combine spices, oil, and amino acids
- Cook chicken for 30 minutes
- Flip at 15 minutes
- Spread sauce on chicken when 5 minutes left
- add sliced bell peppers to the air fryer at 5 min left too on a different shelf!
- steam your broccoli
- add it all in a bowl!
Coffee creamers
I love these two pumpkin spice coffee creamers. I try to stay away from dairy because I am intolerant to it, so these are both dairy free! I have noticed being dairy free has helped my gut health as well as my brain health. I get way less brain fog throughout the day! The collagen one will add a bit of flavor AND protein to your coffee so a win-win. This first one has collagen which is great to take every day for your skin and who doesn’t love that benefit?
